| Yea I have loved thee
with an everlasting love. Jeremiah 31:3 |
| Look back.
Past the time of Christ, past creation, out into the aeons before
God laid the foundations of the earth. Look until your gaze
is defeated by the trackless reaches of eternity past. Now look
ahead, past the rapture, the millennium, the new heaven, the
new earth. Go forward until the finite staggers at infinity.
Now listen. The Author and Inhabiter of it all says,"I
have loved thee with an everlasting love." See now what
fills these shoreless seas of eternity: His love -- deep, vast,
immense, unfathomed, profound. And in the midst of the infinite
reaches of His love, 2004 is unfolding, and our lives with it.
In our darkest moment His love will prove enough. |
